Antique George III silver cheese scoop or Stilton scoop with carved wood handle in the form of stylised bamboo stem. Shaped like a shovel, the scoop was designed for elegantly scooping an individual portion from a large block of cheese, such as a Stilton. The short curved blade on a long handle is perfect for serving softer or crumblier cheeses.
