The wrought iron handle of pentagonal-section, with long flattened handle, with 'chipped' edges, and inlaid in brass with delicate scrolling leaves, below the paired initials 'IS', with square pierced terminal for hanging, the handle rivetted to the circular pierced brass pan with copper rivets.
