Silver bowl by Johnson, Walker & Tolhurst Ltd (Walter Walker & Brownfield Tolhurst) London 1901.
Once covered in gilt this would have been an impressive golden wedding anniversary gift. Much of the gilt has been polished off over the years although it does retain a definite golden hue.
Would make a fabulous ice bucket!
